The services
We provide corporate, accounting, HR and payroll, advisory, and software services as described on this site and in the written scope we agree with you. Where a service involves statutory filings, we prepare and file based on the information you provide us, and you remain responsible for that information being accurate and on time.
The platform
Your engagement includes access to our client portal. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the people you invite into your organisation's workspace. We may improve or change platform features over time without reducing the substance of what you have paid for.
Fees
Published prices are in Singapore dollars. Government fees are included only where we say they are. Monthly services bill monthly and can be cancelled with effect from the next billing cycle. Custom work is quoted in writing and does not start before you accept the quote.
What we are not
We are not a law firm and nothing on this site is legal advice. Where a matter needs licensed professionals beyond our scope, we say so and help you engage them rather than pretending otherwise.
Liability
We carry responsibility for doing our work with reasonable skill and care. Our aggregate liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a cap.
Ending the relationship
Either side can end ongoing services with notice to the next billing cycle. When you leave, we hand over your records in usable form. They were always yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
