Do I really need a company secretary? add
Yes. Every Singapore company must appoint one within six months of incorporation. It is a legal requirement, not an optional service.
Are company changes really included? add
Routine changes are included: officers, addresses, business activities, and ordinary share matters. Government duties like stamp duty, where they apply, are passed through at cost.
Can you take over mid-year from another provider? add
