What we collect
When you contact us or start online, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, company details, and the service preferences you select. When we deliver services, we additionally process the records those services require, such as employee details for payroll or transaction records for accounting.
Why we collect it
To respond to you, to deliver the services you engage us for, to meet our own legal obligations such as filing requirements, and to run and improve our platform. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it lives
Client records live in our platform, scoped to your organisation and access-controlled. Operational email lives with our email provider. We use a small number of service providers to run our infrastructure, each engaged under terms that protect your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as we provide services to you, plus the periods Singapore law requires us to retain business and accounting records. When neither applies, we delete it.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for its use. Write to us and we will respond within the timelines the PDPA sets.
