How long does incorporation take? add
Once we have your details and documents, most companies are registered within one to two business days. Name reservations that need ACRA review can add time.
What do you need from me? add
Identification for directors and shareholders, the company name you want, a brief description of the business activity, and the share structure. We guide you through all of it.
Can you help if I am not in Singapore? add
Yes. Every Singapore company needs at least one locally resident director, and we arrange that case by case. Start the conversation and we will lay out the options and costs plainly.
